Shannon Tate Interiors provides custom full service design for all aspects of residential interiors. We take on projects ranging anywhere from a single room to a large scale renovation. We work closely with any outside contractors who will be needed to complete the project and will be responsible for overseeing the job from start to finish.
WHAT TO EXPECT WITH FULL SERVICE DESIGN
-Initial Consultation: We will meet you at your home for your consultation. During the consultation we will access your needs and desires for the space, your total design budget, take all measurements and a few quick photos.
-Design Questionnaire: After your initial consultation is complete, we will send you a design questionnaire that you will fill out and return. The purpose of this questionnaire is for us to get a clear picture of your likes and dislikes, along with your needs and desires for the space.
-Mood Board Presentation: We realize that one of the biggest challenges in designing your own space is being able to visualize the end product. After we have received your completed design questionnaire, we will create for you a custom mood board. The purpose of a mood board is to provide you with a visual guide of the look at style of your newly designed space. Your feedback is always welcome, because it is always our goal to make sure your space feels like a true representation of who you are. Moodboard creation is billed at our hourly rate.
-Presentation of Proposal: After you approve the Mood Board, we will provide you with an estimate of the number of hours it will take us to see this project through from start to finish. If this is a larger scale job beyond simple decor, such as a renovation we will also provide you with a list of all outside contractors we will need to complete the project.
-3-D Rendering: After you have approved the project proposal, we will get started on your 3-D rendering which will provide you with a layout of your space, done to scale to show you exactly how your furniture will be placed in your room. This is done to aid you (and any outside contractors) visually, but also to ensure that all of your selected decor will fit perfectly into your space.
-New Home Decor Selection: We will meet with you again in person to go over all of the furniture, rugs, art, accessories & lighting we have selected for your space. All done within your budget and receives your approval before ordering.
-Final Installation: We will come to your home for an installation day where we will place all of your furniture and do all of the final staging.
-100% love and support from yours truly throughout the whole process.

-Feng-Shui Bagua Map: Your map will show exactly how each area of your home aligns with the different areas of your life. It will also provide you with tips on how to enliven each sector to create more harmony and balance.
Price: $150 per hour
(All driving travel costs for clients outside of a 20 mile radius of Northampton, MA will be billed at the current years standard mileage rates for business)
(All air travel and hotel costs for out of state or international clients will be quoted per project)
